Description
Built by the Duke and Duchess of Montpensier as a summer residence after making use of an old Council Seminary (18th century), the Páez de la Cadena house (17th century) and the cloister of the La Merced convent (17th century), all unified by the Neo-mudejar façade acknowledged as academicista or following classical parametres.
Restored in 1990 for use as Sanlúcar de Barrameda´s Town Hall.
Addions of Library and Town Archives in 1993.

- Entrance and main courtyard
- Façade, courtyard and vaulted staircase originally from the Páez de la Cadena house
- Classicist, historicist and oriental-style halls.
