Description
The Campo Vitivinícola Sanluqueña COVISAN cooperative was founded on 13 July 1968 with 41 original members.
The cooperative currently produces 4,000,000 kilogrammes of grapes and 3,000,000 litres of wine each year, obtained from the 350 hectares of vineyard belonging to its members and suppliers.
It has an ageing bodega with 615,000 litres of Manzanilla and 30,000 litres with the Denomination of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, aged in 1,450 oak casks.
