Gutierrez Colosía is a family-owned bodega founded in 1838. Up until recent times it was only an almacenista, a wholesaler producing and ageing D.O. Sherry wines, unable to sell them bottled and selling them in bulk to other bodegas. It was not until 1998 that the decision was made to sell their wines to the public, soon earning the admiration of the most demanding palates.

The bodega stands on the left bank of the Guadalete River, a location that provides the bodega and its wines with their singular character.

Visitors discover how their wide range of D.O. Sherry wines are produced, including the Solera Familiar sherries, aged for over 40 years, although nobody knows exactly when they began the ageing process.

Visitors will also discover the link between the brandies of the bodega and the seafaring world: Brandy Solera Reserva Americo Vespucci and Brandy Solera Gran Reserva Juan Sebastian Elcano. One of the most indispensable gourmet products in any kitchen has also been added to their range of flavours and food pairing options, their Vinagre de Jerez.

Gutierrez Colosía, with its family-run character, is a bodega that leaves nobody indifferent.
