“Soleras y Criaderas” is a project founded by Aurora Muñoz with the aim of creating authentic experiences, both in Spanish and English, to learn about the history, culture and traditions of the region, with Sherry and Manzanilla wines Sanlúcar as a common thread.

Aurora is an official tourism guide in Andalusia, an approved guide for Marco wineries, an approved Brandy de Jerez trainer and originally from Jerez.
