Miss Catas wishes to bring the world of sherry to as many people as possible, to great wine enthusiasts, to those who are beginning to take an interest, to the curious…

Behind Miss Catas we find M. Carmen Martínez, born in Jerez de la Frontera and closely linked to the wine business since childhood. After her initial training and experience as a sommelier she has decided to transmit her love and respect for wine. She does this by organizing food and wine pairings with local produce, private tastings at clients’ homes and advice concerning wines.

In addition she runs a tasting club, thanks to which she has been able to discover a wide range of reasonably priced quality wines.
