Description

Flor is a friendly yeast who tells children all about the curiosities surrounding the production of sherry. Flor forms part of the veil of yeast that is so important in biological ageing and will help you understand some important concepts that give the wines of Jerez and of the region their own characteristic identity, immediately recognizable the world over.

The courses and workshops hosted by Flor help children understand how wine is made and the trades related to winegrowing, teaching them to understand how important fortified wines have been to the economy of Jerez for so many years.
