Winery with a family tradition, whose origin was the small solera of Sherry Vinegars developed since 1910 by Don Francisco Páez Sánchez, the basis and inspiration for his son Don Antonio Páez Lobato to found this winery in 1945.

Their seal of distinction is “being pioneers in the breeding and marketing of Reserva and Gran Reserva Sherry Vinegars”, being leaders in the quality of this product appreciated by the most prestigious kitchens in the world.

In addition, Bodegas Páez Morilla, since the 80s, began to dedicate itself to the creation of atypical wines for the Marco de Jerez, such as “Tierra Blanca”, a famous Andalusian white wine or “Viña Lucía”, which was the first aged red wine. bottled in the region.

Another attraction of this winery is its dedication to the winemaking of Sherry butts. Bodegas Páez Morilla wines more than 100.000 casks, which have the distinctive “Sherry Cask”, which are exported to their destination distilleries to age Whiskeys.

The visit is a different alternative and a unique experience for the senses.
