Description

Everything in Bespoke has been hand crafted. A fun, welcoming space for the enjoyment of wine inspired by the Bodega Gutiérrez-Colosía and recycled, refurbished, painted and transformed using elements from the bodega itself.

Bespoke came into being as a new way to showcase Sherry with a more modern and up-to-date image, but at the same time respecting tradition, an intrinsic characteristic of such special wines.

Bespoke not only defends sherry but also all the province has to offer with regard to raw materials, gastronomy and local produce, all the better if they are small local producers. It offers a varied menu with a perfect balance between the traditional and the different. Its dishes and tapas are traditional with a creative touch, but with no pretentions.
