The aromas of Jerez permeate La Carboná, evoking the romantic classical atmosphere of old-time Jerez and its bodegas. Suffice it to say that it stands in a refurbished winery facility built in 1898, maintaining the roof beams, flooring and chamfered columns so characteristic of these buildings. In the central part of the restaurant stands a raised circular fireplace.

Fresh produce of supreme quality, sherry and expertise in the kitchen are its secrets. In fact, the vast majority of its dishes are made with Sherry wines and with the different resources that the vineyard provides us, such as the flower veil, the vine shoot or the staves. All of this without forgetting such magnificent produce as Sanlúcar king prawns, 100% Iberian ham, wild red tuna from the almadraba, fresh fish and top quality meats.

Dining options include two sherry pairing menus, a gastronomic initiative first made popular over almost a decade ago and one it continues to offer today as a restaurant belonging to the Jerez Region. La Carboná is a spacious friendly restaurant, the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch or business meal in the best possible atmosphere.
