Description
The Virgen de Palomares Agricultural Cooperative is one of the most representative wineries in the municipality of Trebujena. Founded in 1977, this cooperative has played a fundamental role in preserving and promoting the winemaking tradition of the region, contributing to the economic and social development of the rural environment.
Specialized in the production of high-quality wines, the cooperative works mainly with the Palomino Fino grape variety, characteristic of the area. Its vineyards extend over albariza soils, whose uniqueness gives a special character to its wines, standing out for their freshness and authenticity. Among its products are traditional wines from the Marco de Jerez, as well as a selection of young white wines that reflect the essence of the Trebujena vineyards.
The Virgen de Palomares Agricultural Cooperative is not only a benchmark in wine production, but is also a defender of sustainable agricultural practices and cooperation between small winegrowers in the area, promoting a production model that values quality, respect for the land and local culture. With its commitment to innovation and tradition, this cooperative has established itself as a key player in the Wine and Brandy Route of the Marco de Jerez, offering its visitors a unique experience in which wine, history and passion for working in the fields are intertwined.
