BODEGAS BARÓN

The Barón Wineries are located in the upper neighborhood of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in front of the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, exposed to the Atlantic sea breeze. The winery is made up of several criaderas and soleras warehouses, in which they produce Manzanilla and Fino, in the variety of wines under veil of flor, and Oloroso, Amontillado, Cream, Moscatel, Pedro Ximénez and Medium, in the variety of oxidative aging wines, which gives life to the brands of Pino Viejo, Micaela, Atalaya, Barón, Xixarito and Soluqua.

Its central naves date back to 1631 and continue to house the very ancient soleras of D. Anselmo Paz. The darkness of its cellars is stronger and more intimate, the humidity of its soils is constant, the sprays are small but frequent, all this together with the aging in its American oak casks, make these wines a luxury for the palate.
